Password: same as before

Access the member web site a new address: http://members.vigilantcounsel.org

• Password: your password is the same as before. If you forgot your password, you can use a "forgot password" function to create a new one - see below.
Be sure to check the "remember my password" check box. If you use Internet Explorer, please see the special instructions below.
Review instructions for ensuring you only have to log in once. In recent years Microsoft has ramped up their security settings for Internet Explorer users so you need to take some additional steps so that the "remember me" password function will work correctly.
To do this you need to complete 2 steps:
1: Adjust your logon settings: in Internet Explorer select Tools on the top menu. Then select Internet Options, then the Security tab on top, then click the Custom Level button in the middle, then scroll all the way down to User Authentication and select the button that says Automatic logon with current user name and password, then select OK.
2: Adjust your trusted sites: in Internet Explorer select Tools on the top menu. Then select Internet Options, then Security tab on top, then click the Trusted Sites at the top, then click on the Sites button, type http://members.vigilantcounsel.org in the Add this website to the zone, then click the Add button, make sure the check box at the bottom in unchecked – Require server verification - then click Close.

Use this "forgot password function" to reset your password. Or if you would like to change your password you can login to the website and select the Membership page, then select the Change My Password link on the left.
• Topics - use the topics function at the top of the home page to easily search for documents on particular subjects
• Staff directory - located on the contact page (left side), select the link for staff directory which provides email & phone for all staff
• Member referral form - got a contact that you think might be interested in Vigilant membership? Select the "Referral Form" link on the Membership page. When your referral becomes a member get a gift worth up to $100.
